- Health information: When you book or receive a treatment, we collect medical history, allergies, current medications, and other health information needed to deliver care safely. This information is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.
- Payment information: Credit card details are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

To the extent we collect, use, or disclose Protected Health Information ("PHI"), we do so in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") and Florida law. Medical records are retained for the period required by Florida law (generally a minimum of five years from the last patient encounter, or longer where a minor patient is involved). Other personal information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

- Marketing emails: You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in those emails. Transactional messages (e.g. appointment confirmations) will continue.

The Site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Patients under 18 may only receive treatment with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
